SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from Hong Kong. We aim to dispatch all the orders within 2-3 business days once the payment has been settled. Orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and will be followed by an additional shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This email will include carrier and tracking info for your parcel. Please note that during sale, dispatch time may take up to 7 days.

Tax is not included in the retail price of orders. Taxes are applied based on the regulations and policies of each individual country.

Please note that tax rates may vary depending on the country your order is being shipped to. We recommend checking with your local customs office or tax authorities to get more detailed information on any potential taxes or duties that may apply to your order.

*All International orders are shipped delivered duties unpaid. This means the customers are responsible for paying their local country’s import duties at time of delivery. Placing an order to an International destination serves as a confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at time of purchase. If you have any enquiry regarding the import duties, please contact your local authorities.

PRE-ORDER

Please understand that pre-order items are products that are available for purchase before they are officially released or stocked. By placing a pre-order, customer agrees to secure their product in advance and understand that cancellation may hinder the availability for others.

Once a pre-order order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Therefore, customers are advised to carefully review their size and order details before submitting it to avoid any inconvenience.

For orders containing a mix of pre-order items and in-stock items, the entirety of the order will be placed on hold until all pre-order items are ready to be dispatched. Should you wish to have the items shipped separately, kindly place two separate orders. Please note that for international orders, there may be a charge for modifying shipping preferences if the total amount of the split order is less than USD 130.

CURRENCIES

MIDNIGHTFACTORY cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging hkd or usd into any other currency.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by MIDNIGHTFACTORY.

RETURN AND REFUND

We’re not able to offer return and refund of items at this moment. However, we do offer exchange of items. It is suggested that customers should have a clear desire when ordering our products. If you wish to make an exchange please visit “exchange items” below.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

In the event that the merchandise is being delivered to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase. Please be aware that the delivery cost, custom charges and any collected tax will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for the return delivery cost with a trackable service.

EXCHANGE ITEMS

We offer exchange of items. However, the exchange must be for an item of equal or greater value. Items can only be exchanged if returned in their original condition within 7 days of receiving your order. Customers will be responsible for the delivery cost of returning the item. However, sale items cannot be exchanged. Please also be advised that exchanges are subject to size availability.

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer exchange for International orders. If you have encountered any problem, please do not hesitate to contact our customer care team.

To exchange the item(s), please follow the instructions below:

1) send us an email (hello@midnightfactory.co) or via Instagram (@midnightfactory) message regarding your exchange request.

2) we will reply to your request with 3 working days.

3) once you have received our reply, you can return the items to the address provided and reply the email with shipping invoice and tracking number attached.

4) confirmation will be sent to you once we have receive the items and shipping information regarding the exchange item will be sent to you together.

*items must be returned unused, with all tags attached. Items must be returned in saleable condition. Returns that are damaged, soiled or show evidence of having been worn, may be refused and returned to the customer with delivery fee at the expense of the customer.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you discover a defect, please contact our customer care team with:

1) your order number

2) the item’s name and number

3) a description and picture of the defect

4) state if you wish to make an exchange or refund of the item

By sending an email to hello@midnightfactory.co, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Once you have received our confirmation, please return the item in their original condition within 7 days of receiving our reply. We will process your refund* or exchange as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned item.

Items must be returned unused, with all tags attached and with reasoning as to why each item is unsatisfactory. Items must be returned in saleable condition. Returns that are damaged, soiled or show evidence of having been worn, may be refused and returned to the customer.

*if you wish to make a refund of your order, we’ll issue your refund within 2 working days of receiving your return and drop you an email to let you know once this has been done. The money will be refunded to the original payment method. We can’t do this without these details, so please make sure the original invoice is placed in your return parcel.
