Warranty

MIDNIGHTFACTORY is pleased to offer complimentary repair or replacement for AUTRIUM fine jewellery collection with confirmed manufacturing defects identified within two years from the original purchase date.

This warranty applies only to authentic AUTRIUM pieces manufactured by MIDNIGHTFACTORY and purchased directly from MIDNIGHTFACTORY or an authorised stockist.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Jewellery that has been repaired, resized, modified or altered by an unauthorised third-party jeweller or workshop.
  • Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, deformation or the gradual wearing of surface finishes.
  • Accidental damage, improper handling, misuse, impact, exposure to chemicals or failure to follow the recommended jewellery care instructions.
  • Loss, theft or the loss of the jewellery, gemstones, clasps or any individual components.
  • Natural variations in gemstones, pearls or other naturally sourced materials, including differences in colour, texture, inclusions and pattern. These characteristics are part of their natural origin and are not considered manufacturing defects.

A valid, dated proof of purchase must be provided when submitting a warranty claim.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and assessment by MIDNIGHTFACTORY. We reserve the right to determine whether an item qualifies for complimentary repair or replacement under these warranty terms. Where replacement is approved, the replacement item will be subject to product availability.

*Customers are responsible for all shipping, insurance, customs duties and related costs incurred when sending the item to MIDNIGHTFACTORY and returning it to the customer. MIDNIGHTFACTORY is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. We recommend using a secure and trackable shipping service.

*After the two-year warranty period has expired, or where the item does not qualify under the warranty, repair services may still be available for an additional fee. A quotation will be provided on a case-by-case basis following an assessment of the item.
