Once a pre-order order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified.Therefore, customers are advised to carefully review their size and order details before submitting it to avoid any inconvenience.

For orders containing a mix of pre-order items and in-stock items, the entirety of the order will be placed on hold until all pre-order items are ready to be dispatched. Should you wish to have the items shipped separately, kindly place two separate orders. Please note that for international orders, there may be a charge for modifying shipping preferences if the total amount of the split order is less than USD 130.
