Every AUTRIUM piece is covered by a two-year limited craftsmanship warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers confirmed defects in materials, construction, soldering, stone setting and functional components under normal conditions of wear.

It does not cover normal wear, scratches, accidental damage, deformation, improper care, loss, theft, stone damage or loss caused by impact, sizing changes, or work carried out by a third party. Each request will be assessed individually following inspection.

Beyond the warranty period, care and repair services remain available where technically possible, with any applicable costs confirmed before work begins.

Additionally, we extend worldwide shipping through DHL eCommerce/ HK Post. For orders exceeding USD 130, free shipping is offered. However, if the order total falls below USD 130, a USD 20 shipping fee will apply.

18K gold is made to last, though fine surface marks may naturally develop with wear. To preserve your piece, avoid contact with perfume, lotions, chemicals and chlorinated water, and remove it before exercising, sleeping or swimming.

Clean gently with lukewarm water, mild soap and a soft brush, then dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Store each piece separately in its original pouch or box to prevent scratching.

For gemstone-set or delicate pieces, avoid impact and pressure around the settings. Professional cleaning, inspection and repair services are available where technically possible.
