Repair Service
This repair service is only available for customers who have contacted MIDNIGHTFACTORY and received confirmation from our team before placing the order.
Please complete the payment for the repair service through this page after our team has confirmed the repair details and cost with you.
Repair Time
The repair process usually takes around 7–14 working days after we receive the item. The actual repair time may vary depending on the condition of the item and the repair required.
Return Shipping Address
When checking out, please fill in your return delivery address as the shipping address. Once the repair is completed, we will send the item back to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Return Delivery
The repaired item will be sent via SF Express freight collect / receiver pays upon arrival（順豐到付）.
Please note that the repair fee does not include any delivery charges. Customers are responsible for both the delivery cost of sending the item to us and the return delivery fee.
If our factory finds that the item cannot be repaired after inspection, we will contact you and arrange a refund of the repair fee.
Shipping details
All orders are shipped from Hong Kong. We aim to dispatch all the orders within 2-3 business days once the payment has been settled. Orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances.
We are pleased to provide complimentary shipping for all local orders over HKD 100 (within Hong Kong) through SF Express.
Additionally, we extend worldwide shipping through DHL eCommerce/ HK Post. For orders exceeding USD 130, free shipping is offered. However, if the order total falls below USD 130, a USD 20 shipping fee will apply.

Product care
Please avoid prolonged contact with all liquids, including cosmetics and oil based substances, overexposure to heat and direct sunlight. Be careful when wearing our products with other accessories as this may cause scratches or discolouration.
Please clean your MIDNIGHTFACTORY jewellery with a polishing cloth and store in its protective dust bag when not in use, and keep it in a cool, dry place.
